Terms and Conditions for the Competition
1. General
Participation in the competition organized by Kohlmann & Rehm Hinterlandmedics GbR (hereinafter referred to as "the organizer") for a place at the practical training in Kratzeburg from 16.5-18.5.2025 and one of five accesses to the online training Outdoor Safety Beginner is only possible subject to these terms and conditions of participation.
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Instagram, or YouTube.
2. Participation requirements
All natural persons of legal age (18 years or older) are eligible to participate.
By participating, the participant agrees to be contacted via direct message on Instagram if they win.
Participation is only possible until May 10, 2025 at 11:59 PM .
Cash payment of the winnings and legal recourse are excluded.
3rd prize
As stated in the competition rules, the prize will be drawn from all participants who fully comply with the competition requirements. In the event of multiple entries via the comment or post function, the winner will be chosen by random draw, and the judges' decision is final.
The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message. If the winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited without substitution.
Here's how participation works:
The participant must like and comment on the organizer's giveaway post, stating that they would like to participate in the practical training. Sharing the post in their own story and tagging the organizer will earn the participant an extra entry.
Main prize:
One place at the practical training in Kratzeburg from May 16th to 18th, 2025. One person will be drawn for this.
Other prizes:
One of five access passes to the online training course "Outdoor Safety Beginner". Five people will be chosen by lottery.
Duration of the competition:
From May 1, 2025 (00:00) to May 10, 2025 (23:59).
4. Liability
Claims for damages against the organizer in connection with the competition are excluded – to the extent permitted by law – regardless of the legal basis, unless the organizer acts intentionally or with gross negligence.
The organizer accepts no liability for technical malfunctions, in particular for network or Instagram platform outages. Likewise, the organizer is not liable for data loss, especially during data transmission. However, the organizer makes every effort to ensure the technical reliability of the competition.
5. Data protection
The organizer complies with all applicable data protection regulations. Personal data of the participants will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the prize draw and will not be passed on to third parties.
By participating, the participant expressly agrees to the storage and use of the data provided for the purpose of conducting the prize draw.
6. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that most closely approximates the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
7. Jurisdiction / Applicable Law
German law applies exclusively. To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the organizer.
In the event that a participant moves their residence abroad after participating, the place of jurisdiction remains the organizer's place of business.
8. Selection process
The winner will be determined using a random number generator. Legal recourse is excluded.
